Platform Rules

Every listing on Datterio Realty must follow these

List only properties you own, represent, or are authorized to sell/rent — no unauthorized listings.
Price, area, location, approval status (RERA/VDA), and all other details must be accurate and match reality.
Photos must be real images of the actual property — no stock photos, stolen images, or images of a different property.
Never ask a buyer to pay any amount outside the platform's verified process before a site visit and document check.
No duplicate or spam listings of the same property.
Communicate respectfully — harassment, abusive language, or threats toward other users are not tolerated.
Do not misuse buyer/seller contact details shared through enquiries for unrelated marketing.

Warning Notice

Misleading ya galat jankari dena sakht mana hai.

Submitting false information — including incorrect approval status (RERA/VDA), fake photos, wrong pricing, or misrepresenting property details in any way — is treated as a serious violation of these rules.

2nd Violation

30 Days

Account Block

3rd Violation

Permanent

Account Suspension

Blocks are applied by our team after review. If your account is blocked, you'll see the exact reason and block-end date when you try to log in. Repeated violations after reinstatement are treated as a new violation on this same scale.
