Welcome to DATTERIO Workspace. By accessing, booking, or using our coworking facilities, meeting rooms, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Use of Workspace

  • DATTERIO Workspace provides coworking desks, private seating, meeting rooms, and event spaces.

  • Users must use the workspace in a professional, lawful, and respectful manner at all times.

  • Any activity that disrupts other members or violates local laws is strictly prohibited.

2. Membership & Access

  • Access to the workspace is granted only to the registered member or authorized user.

  • Memberships and passes are non-transferable.

  • DATTERIO Workspace reserves the right to deny or revoke access in case of misuse, misconduct, or policy violations.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings (daily passes, memberships, meeting rooms, or event spaces) are subject to availability.

  • Payments must be made in advance to confirm the booking.

  • Prices, plans, and amenities may be revised at any time without prior notice.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy of DATTERIO Workspace.

  • Once a service has commenced, fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in the policy.

5. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit (if applicable) must be paid before accessing long-term memberships.

  • Deposits will be refunded within 7–10 working days after membership completion, subject to:

    • No damage to property

    • No pending dues or policy violations

6. Code of Conduct

Users must:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

  • Respect other members, staff, and visitors

  • Avoid loud noise, abusive behavior, or illegal activities

  • Follow safety, fire, and emergency protocols

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Use of Facilities

  • Internet access is provided on a best-effort basis and is intended for lawful and professional use only.

  • DATTERIO Workspace is not responsible for data loss, internet downtime, or technical interruptions.

  • Members are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • DATTERIO Workspace shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage occurring within the premises, except where caused by proven negligence.

  • Use of the premises is at the user’s own risk.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Any third-party services, vendors, or equipment used within the workspace are outside DATTERIO Workspace’s direct responsibility.

10. Termination of Services

  • DATTERIO Workspace reserves the right to terminate or suspend services without prior notice in case of:

    • Policy violations

    • Non-payment of dues

    • Misconduct or misuse of facilities

11. Changes to Terms

  • DATTERIO Workspace may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the workspace constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
