At DATTERIO Workspace, we are committed to offering a transparent, fair, and premium coworking experience. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all members, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and memberships.
1. Daily Passes / Day Desks
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund, subject to a 5% payment processing fee.
No-Show / Late Cancellation
If a user fails to arrive on the scheduled date or cancels the booking within 24 hours, the booking amount will be non-refundable, as the workspace is reserved exclusively for the user.
2. Monthly Memberships (Hot Desk / Dedicated Desk)
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their upcoming monthly subscription by providing a minimum 7-day notice before the next billing cycle begins.
Refund Policy
Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once paid, as access, infrastructure, and services are allocated in advance.
In exceptional circumstances (such as a verified medical emergency), DATTERIO Workspace may, at its discretion, offer a pro-rated credit applicable to the following billing cycle. Cash refunds will not be issued in such cases.
3. Meeting Rooms & Event Spaces
Cancellation & Refund Structure
Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the booking.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or in the event of a no-show.
4. Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded in full within 7–10 working days after the completion or termination of the membership.
Refunds are subject to no outstanding dues, damages, or violations of workspace policies.
